I has a sad. We had to have the birch tree in front of the house severely decapitated yesterday (as in turned into a stump). There’s something going around the neighborhood making them sick, and with the windy season coming and the visual reminder of about 25 feet of the back neighbor’s maple tree still laying through their fence, we decided better do it now. I miss its lovely long branches/twigs and the little fluttery leaves, though. Leftover lamb kofta masala and brown rice tonight, hurray! ---

Howdy Y’all! Irk has been survived. Two more to go. Rah. I am a bachelor this evenin’ cause OYKW has a meetin’ he has to attend, poor thing. After a bunch of cardiac checking, the problem appears to be my thyroid. No valve problems, no arrhythmia, no heart attack. Just glad I was at 100% benefit on my health insurance. ---

I have a new cube and a hot new computer. Once they move my phone, I’ll be set. I’m going to take a couple of plants in, and I need to decide how I’ll decorate my new work space. Plus I am kicking ass on CREO - today, I learned all kinds of good crap about sheet metal modeling. I am good! 😃 Made N.O.T. soup for supper and we had pie for dessert. I’ve finally got some time to do my daily surfing. Plus tomorrow’s my Firday, so yay!! 😃 Yep, I’m in a good mood. 😃 ---
