I think it’s the syllable “do.” _Do-do-doody-do-do_. Am I the only one who works with preschoolers? because I gotta tell you, if they heard that, they would be screaming with laughter. It might as well be _Crap-crap-crappy-crap-crap_. ---

It’s just a combination of the low production values and “Wish-dot-com” looking versions of DeWitt & Somers (from a modern eye used to seeing them in the roles). I don’t know if I would have jumped there on my own but it’s not mystifying to me why someone would see a parody resemblance. ---

To me, this is porny to the extent that the entire 70’s decade scans as porny. Cheesy AV effects, cheesy music, cheesy costumes and styling, etc. So it’s not specifically sexual _per se_ but the production style is very much in line with the golden age of porn, simply because it was a product of that age.
