I’ve been here a couple of months and have come across folks referring to the topic. I figure it’s probably a reference to an inside joke known by everyone who posts here EXCEPT ME! So, give, huh? 😕 ---

To the OP, Snowboarder Bo (likely the only person you actually saw saying this) liked the quote from The Office and tried to make it a thing around here, ended up being more of a catchphrase for him with the exception of a few other people saying it mostly to make fun of him. ---

Snowboarder Bo can correct me if I am wrong. But, he didn’t pick up on the quote because of The Office episode, but because of a very funny (possibly untrue) story that someone posted on the boards. I can’t remember who posted the story, but the person claimed that he changed his boss’ autocorrect so everytime he typed in LOL it was corrected to “Let’s go down to the quarry and throw stuff in there!” And, since the Boss typed that a lot, it ended up driving him crazy. As I said repeatedly in both the ATMB and the Pit thread, it was never a goal of mine for it to become a meme or a catchphrase; it’s just something that I found funny and it makes me laugh (yes, out loud!) every time I see it. So I went and set my computer, my phone and my iPad so that whenever I type those three letters, the devices change it to Let’s go to the quarry and throw stuff down there.
