Strickly speaking, I think my first TC experience was the music video for Paradise Garage. There’s a blink and you’ll miss it scene of someone walking past the camera dressed as Frank-n-Furter, which I remember thinking, WTF, but not understanding, at the time. My first RHPS (but not my last) was on an air force base in Germany, maybe '81, packed venue, I had no idea what it was, only that it was a whole thing.
I rewatched Stephen King’s IT last month. Curry is excellent playing the killer clown.
