I have recently purchased “Lydia”, the fourth book in this series. It has been a long time since I read the first three. Can anyone give me a quick recap on the characters/events and what I should remember at this point? Thanks in advance. And obviously, spoilers up through book 3 are OK.

Pulling up this old message. Its three years later and the book has sat on my bookcase unread since then. Asking the same question.
