Why restrict caroling to Christmas time? Since the Lent season is well underway, I thought y’all might enjoy a Lent carol I wrote a couple decades ago. \ Apparently, “Meatless Tuesdays” were a World War 1 invention, to _prevent_ the need for rationing. Along with “Wheatless Wednesdays.” ---
