When you give a dog away that hasnt been trained properly the behaviour problem esculates. Then the poor creature ends up being passed from home to home and ends up at the pound anyway or being abandoned. I"ve worked with animal rescue for many years, had my own pet sitting and doggy daycare business and have seen this happen way, way too many times.
