# Time stamp oddity

In [this thread](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?threadid=100460), the last apparent post by **Bill H.** , is time stamped 11-23-2001 12:23 PM, but the thread is listed in GQ as having a last post time stamped at 11-26-2001 02:35 AM. Did somebody’s post get logged but not displayed? Or something?

I noticed that too. The thread dropped after I posted (as usual), then a couple of days later it popped to the top again with no appparent reason.
