# time stamps in Oracle discover; web version

hello

I have question about exporting data from oracle discoverer to excel

I am trying to get a excel cell to show a time stamp  
in discoverer it has the “layout” HH:MI:SS

which prints in discoverer as 12:15:48 but in Excel it get converterd to 00:00:00

i am using a dutch version of Excel and Discoverer, so I know im not using the correct terms for the fields, but if anyone could help that would be grand
