I turned 24 on the 1st, and here’s my thoughts on my 21st through 24th birthdays: 21st: Yay! I can legally drink! Wait… why the HELL won’t anybody card me anymore? 22nd: Eh 23rd: Eh 24th: I’m starting to feel old, but otherwise… eh (and where to you get off carding me NOW at the ripe old age of 24? Where were you when I was 21 and WANTED to be carded?) BUT, at the 25th, car insurance rates go down drastically, so I’m actually looking forward to that. I imagine that it’s pretty much all downhill after that though.
