# Tip on finding a (small) Network switch

Hi gang, just thought Iโd post here in the hope that somebody had a tip for me.
I have this little hobby project going on in which Iโve made myself a little computer of sorts - itโs got a embedded processor (An ARM9 core for those that care ๐ ) running Linux. On this board I have a ethernet controller and a ethernet port, in which I can plug in various devices, right now Iโm working on integrating a IP-camera for sneaksy surveillance stuff ๐
Problem is, I have one ehternet-port, but I need two. (For two cameras). What I need is a network switch, plug it into the one ethernet port on the switch, and hey presto - I can access two cameras.
However, this is where the fun begins - I already have a box for the board, power and stuff, and I want a switch as tiny as possible to fit it inside the box. I also need the switch to be somewhat industrial grade to withstand outside temperatures, that is -20C or so in wintertime. Oh, and the last little stumbling block - it has to be PoE (Power over Ethernet) capable, both by being powered by my PoE enabled ethernet port, and to be cabable of supplying both cameras - as I donโt want to have to lug separate powers for the cameras around.
Is there any place I could start looking for this online? Anybody who perhaps sell such switchers without a case, meant for mounting in thight spaces? Iโve been looking at plenty of switches from various vendors but they are either too expensive, or too bulky for my tastes.
So there you have it, a stab in the dark hoping a fellow doper has experience with something similar.

This is way over my head, but does anything on [this](http://www.beyondlogic.org/etherip/ip.htm) page look useful?
Failing that, you might be better asking for advice at a more specialised forum.

Thanks for the link - not exactly what I was looking for, but a very interesting page ๐ I might have to order me some parts from there ๐
And yes, I already have tried a couple of more specialised forums, but not had any luck as of yet - figured it was worth a try here, seeing as there appears to be dopers with a wast array of different backgrounds.
