# Tipping and Maine's new minimum wage law

I would probably do about the same as I do now; tip based on the service provided. Yeah, I know; I’m passing judgement on someone every time I figure out the amount to leave. But I’ve done it all my adult life and grew up seeing it done. It is a hard habit to break.
