I’ve been fruitlessly trying to get my Q key back on my Inspiron 6000, but I can’t get it! I found [this](http://support.dell.com/support/topics/global.aspx/support/dsn/en/tree?c=us&cs=19&journalid=DCFCB776C89611DABB28B5B857A209C8&l=en&s=dhs&treeid=CD7F9134E8E4DE39E030A68F27283F6C) site (press ‘next step’), and it was a tiny bit helpful, but I’m still having a lot of trouble because it’s not very detailed. Does anyone have any tips?

If you can’t wiggle it back into place, it’s possible that the clips are broken and you need a new keyboard. Laptop keyboards are horrible things to try fixing.

I’m pretty sure it’s not broken (well, actually, the black rubbery thing came off but I figure I can glue that back on), but I just can’t figure out how the heck the damn little white things are supposed to go in.
