# Tips on Replacing One of My Left Feet?

As far as I know…

You put your left foot in,  
You put your left foot out,  
You put your left foot in,  
And you shake it all about.  
You do the hokey-pokey and you turn yourself around.

That’s what it’s all about.

My husband is a white American straight male. He’s also a gifted musician, who can always find the beat…as long as he’s actually in the band that is creating said beat. He can’t dance. It’s not just him, either. The overwhelming majority of musicians I’ve met (white _and_ non-white) either can’t, don’t, or won’t dance. Most of them can’t. The rest of them just hate it. Why is this?
