A terrorist attack on 3 innocents and all you can think of in response is that the entire Muslim world (“all” bolded) should come out and condemn it or else, just like in the past, you will construe it as “not explicit disapproval”. That’s how it reads, and to me, that means you will personally need to hear all major Muslim leaders (hope you have an idea of who they are) condemn it on CNN or else you will think the Muslim world condones these attacks just like it has been doing in the past (which ones?). That _sounds_ pretty loaded to me. But, I hope you can clarify what you meant. ---
