When I saw Smoking Gun’s account of a roaming dog getting tagged with spray paint, I was reminded of this thread.
I feel if a pet has to be outdoors, you owe it to the animal to keep it in some sort of enclosure to protect it from the people out there who don’t love animals as much as you do. There are quite a few different websites where you can buy cat enclosures or plans on how to build your own. If you have no way to build an enclosure and also can’t keep the cat inside, well, maybe that means you should hold off on having a cat until you have a way to house it.
