9 years married for my wife as well. It seems like only yesterday (plus 9 years) I was getting drunk in a sleezy titty bar with the best man. ---

Congratulations! \ Goes by fast, doesn’t it? Last week was twenty years for me and the DH, and I can hardly believe it–it was only an eyeblink of time! I try not to think about how, in about ten years or so, my daughter could be getting married (in nine years, she’ll be the same age I was when I married her dad–how weird is _that_?). It’s not that I don’t want her to find love and happiness–it’s just that I can’t believe she could grow up so quickly! 🙂 ---

Here’s hoping for many more… I’m coming up on 1 year 🙂 The odd part is that it is 1 year of marrage, but 16 years together… and we’re only 32 (10 days difference in age) ---

Thanks guys. We had a nice romantic pizza with the daughter at our favourite pizza place. this week end the daughter is going to a friends- then we’ll do things right.
