In 30 years I have never found two guys to join me in a Estevez/Nelson/hall dance scene reenactment, and going it alone just gets me thrown out of Starbucks. ---

ETA: I should say Glenbrook North is the exterior shots. The interior is Maine North. The name “Breakfast Club” comes from New Trier, but Hughes went to Glenbrook North. BTW, I’m sure I’m not the only one, but Ally Sheedy looked much better before the make-over in the movie, right? ---

_Short Circuit_! I totally forgot she was in that. Of course, the last time I saw the movie was probably a year or so after it came out. Don’t forget _War Games_ and _St. Elmo’s Fire_. And that’s about where my knowledge ends. ---

I was so smitten with the lovely Miss Sheedy that I paid good money to go see [Maid to Order](http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0093476/) in the theaters. That movie might have cured me of my smittenness… 😉 ---
