It’s Calembel, on the river Ciril. My extra-geeky reason for knowing this, and for most of my Tolkien minutiae – I played/play on the big huge Tolkien MUSH, Elendor. I’ve been in Gondor for about four real-life years, and one of my characters belonged to a noble house whose seat was in Calembel.
