Not as bad as the Nazi death camps, which isn’t and hasn’t been going on (no thanks to imbeciles calling for that), similar enough to the ghettos that the comparison is apt. Exactly as bad as the ghettos, no, but close enough that making a fine distinction would for me morally border on denial. Is the shithole that is Gaza well over the line of decency and well into genocide in my view of the facts and definition: hell yes. I wouldn’t want mine living that way. I wouldn’t want my enemies living that way. ---

If Israel is guilty of attempted genocide, then so are pretty much all of its neighbors, the US, the UK, most of Europe, and most other countries in the entire world at some point in the last half-century. Most countries have killed as many or more people, and destroyed as much or more property, as Israel has in Palestine/Gaza. Which is why this is such ridiculous hyperbole. If this is attempted genocide, then there have been _dozens, if not hundreds_ of attempted genocides in the last 50 years. ---
