# Tony Stewart hits Driver at Dirt Track

It was a bad deal for everybody. Im going to guess Tony will settle out of court, even though it was just a stupid terrible accident.

But does the family have any interest in settling? My feeling is what they want is a finding that Tony Stewart was responsible for the death and Tony is not going to admit this.

PS. The grand jury apparently saw two tapes of the accident: one of which was widely shown. Was the other one ever made available?
