No, Auto seems to be alive and well. The FI continue on their merry way and soon find a side passage off to the right, while the main passage continues. Lantern light makes out large wooden doors, well studded with iron, both ahead and to the right. ---

**Melon** is amazed at two things: 1.) That he can hear a heartbeat through the door (maybe he’s hearing his own heartbeat?). 2.) That the others can tell what he’s hearing. **Melon** pantomimes a big scary monster to the group and then points to the ahead door, drawing his weapon. ---

You charge fearlessly into an empty room. To your left there seems to have been a minor cave-in - the masonry is broken and some rocks have been inexpertly piled into the hole. The floor is bloodstained. To your right is the only apparent exit, another heavy wooden door on which is written “B where of teh goast” in some kind of black lettering, probably charcoal. ---
