Yeah, the show needs a Tim Gunn, and Tom needs to butt out. Being judged on what you say while you’re cooking sucks, since these aren’t people who are supposed to be impressing, say, a TV audience. They shouldn’t have to put a happy face on what they do while they’re cooking.

I agree. I said it last season’s too. The Chefs need a mentor not a judge/spy in the kichen.
