This is sort of an oddly specific question, but what were your five favorite electronic albums for 2011 and 2012?

Mine:

2011

1. Com Truise - Galactic Melt
2. M83 - Hurry Up, We’re Dreaming
3. Dam Mantle - First Wave
4. Bullion - You Drive Me to Plastic
5. Javelin - Canyon Candy

2012

1. Dan Deacon - America
2. Actress - R.I.P
3. Geoff Barrow / Ben Salisbury - DROKK
4. Suzanne Ciani - Lixiviation
5. Jam City - Classical Curves

I haven’t either, but the only electronic album I got from 2012 or 2011 is _Half Measures_ by the Prize Fighter Inferno, which no one has probably heard of either unless I told them that it is a side project from Claudio Sanchez of _Coheed and Cambria_. I haven’t listened to it enough to know if it was good or not, but I think I prefer their first album, _My Brother’s Blood Machine_. Good mixture of low fi electronic music along with the type of acoustic music electronic artists tend to do 🙂 except it is in Claudio Sanchez’s voice so it is still pretty good.
