Sounds like it, but maybe @codinghorror can elaborate who has the permissions and responsibility to un-boilerplate that boilerplate. ---

Good point, I’m not sure @engineer_comp_geek can edit that. Could be admin-only versus moderator. There is a field in the settings that lets you direct the terms of service to another web page entirely, if there is an existing ToS somewhere – don’t feel like you _have_ to use these default boilerplate ToS. ---
