I don’t know about Australia, but FMOTL is a designation often used by british people while people in the united states will call themselves sovereign citizens. I don’t remember which way Canada tends to fall. ---

US citizen and state citizen are two different entities. ---

Maybe I missed this earlier, but what is so magical and desirable about the common law? What are you defining as common law? Why is it better than laws created by the legislature? ---
