# Town hires a hitman to kill a bully?

In addition to ol’ Ken, I’m also reminded that about 10-20 years ago, some retirement town was plagued by some weird acting younger long-haired hippie type. He would hang around and look mean, and I can’t remember what else, but, they had some sort of convocation, and elected one of the retirees to pop him, which he did.  
That’s all I got.
