# Toy Box show - disappointing

Toy Box show, on ABC with Eric Stonestreet (Modern Family) looked promising.  
Loosely, a version of ‘Shark Tank’ for just toys. With kids for judges.  
But I’ve watched a few episodes, and find it disappointing.  
To much ‘I’m a toy super expert’ and ‘This is my whole life…’. Not near enough time with the kid-judges (even though one of them annoys me).  
Anyone else?

I hate the redheaded boy and expect either 40 years of hating him or else a Behind the Music-type takedown of his career in 2 years.

ETA: Being the next Kevin James is no career plan, given what the prototype has given us.

Eric Stonestreet looks very uncomfortable as the host.  
I want to like the show, but it is merely ok so far.

I wouldn’t even watch this steaming pile after deciding the kids in the previews were annoying little assholes.
