I saw these people on Conan O’Brien on Friday. I couldn’t believe how utterly incredible they were. A geeky guy, his geeky wife, and his adorable daughter on drums and beautiful off-key vocals in a way only an eight-year-old can manage, all singing goofy ad-hoc showtunes to a montage of old vinatage slides of 70s era old people. Look at me, Look at me! Genius.

I just had to gush. I hadn’t been that invigorated by the possibility of music to do something kick ass since mash/boomslash music and Smells Like Teen Booty.
