Even if someone tried to explain the difference he wouldn’t care. He’s too lazy to listen to anyone who knows anything. And anyway, nobody knows more about mice than him.

He’s more dumb than manipulative, but:

1. he’s _definitely_ manipulative and
2. his cronies and followers who jump on his lies and idiocy and spread it around like this are even _more_ evil and manipulative than he is.
