The scene was that the ghosts were supposed to be spying on the supposed sister and The Captain was hoping for some pillow talk. Katie says "Well, no, she’s on her own so there won’t be any pillow talk."

I’ve heard “fluff” used as a synonym for “fart”. And everyone knows that Aussies love to add the suffix -ie to words (e.g. tinnie, bikkie, bikie, etc.).
