Yes, I admit defeat. I doubt I will be able to find an interesting Bourdain quote that you won’t be able to say “someone else said it first”. He’s not the first class, ground breaking intellectual that you demand of your travel hosts. Bravo on your unyielding standards.

I’m not looking up a quote to satisfy anyone here, but I found Bourdain’s Parts Unknown episode about Korea fascinating. I thought it was far better TV than anything I’ve seen from Guy Flameyshirts.

I was always annoyed by Guy’s canned dialogue-whenever he is sampling some local place’s masterpiece, he always remarks “that’s ridiculous”. I can’t stand the guy.
