Travelling "overseas"

This works for me.

I propose we follow the definition given here where it mentions abroad. So, even Canada is overseas for citizens of the United States of America.

How would that be, given that all the definitions specifically mention travelling over an actual sea to get there?
If you use that definition, you’d tell someone in Switzerland that they’re ‘overseas’ from France? I think they’d throw some edelweiss at you or something.

Count me in. That has been the trip of my dreams for a long time : going from France to Morroco following the mediterranean coast (not walking, though).

And actually, Tel Aviv is the difficult part due to the visa issues and the Lebanese border. I suspect a detour via Cyprus and “losing” a passport would be required.
