# Tree experts?

I realize that this is a useless thought experiment but I will ask anyway.

One of my longtime hobbies is bonsai, I do it strictly as a past time and prefer to use non traditional techniques by today’s standards and this is what got me thinking about this.

 Suppose I have a goal to grow a 50 year old tree ( bonsai style no more than 3 ft tall)

in about 8 years or so. No limits on the technology I have access to etc

How could I design a growing closet for 1 plant that I could basically dial in different design goals. The idea would be to have the ability to mimic things a tree would encounter in nature but with more control and dramatic effects. Wind, temperature, moisture, rainfall, storms, forest fires etc.
