You forgot about the program Paris ran, which was not only long running, but constantly running–well, up until the point where the program started to malfunction due to never being turned off.

Who had a holo additcion in Voyager? The only addict I remember was Brocolli in one of his guest appearances. Granted, I missed most of hte last three seasons.

Lt B’Elanna Torres had a brief holodeck problem, when she was running very risk programs (like orbital diving) and trying to turn of the safety protocols. (episode-Extreme Risk) Not quite a holo addiction, but close.

that should be, very high risk programs…and turn off the safety…guess that cold medicine hasn’t run it’s course yet.

She did that Stupid Engineer Trick when they were developing the Delta Flyer. She was testing a mockup in the holodeck, and nearly killed herself in the process.
