# Trend Rootkit Buster - What do results mean?

Following Xash’s excellent instructions, I am slowly de-contaminating a friend’s computer. When running the Trend Micro Rootkit Buster, though, I get a long log file that says “no hidden [stuff] found,” and a “results” list long as my arm, many of which are harmless-looking files. Are these the things I’m supposed to delete? And do I need to look them all up to make sure they’re legitimately non-legitimate?

If it doesn’t list something as a rootkit or a problem, it’s probably OK. The program is just being thorough.
