**Presidential** candidate and former first lady Hillary Clinton is abusive, nasty and mean to the staff and the help. She has repeatedly yelled denigrating insults such as “Fuck off!”, and “Do as I fucking say!” There are many reports of this regular behavior from several different credible sources over many years. ---

The 13th century legend of \*\*Lady \*\*Godiva describes an English noblewoman who supposedly rode naked (covered only in her long hair) through the streets of Coventry to gain a remission of the oppressive taxes that her husband imposed on his tenants. The legend is first recorded over 2 centuries after the life of Godiva (also known as Godgifu) and is considered by historians to be fictional. ---

Three current African nations were former Belgian colonies. Besides the Democratlc Republic of Congo, the Belgians also colonized Rwanda and Burundi, but administered it as a single colonial entity known as Ruanda-Urundi. ---

Well, now that everyone has kissed and made up…playing off of #33004. In play: “Netherlands” literally means “lower countries”, influenced by its low land and flat geography, with only about 50% of its land exceeding one metre above sea level. ---

In Dutch, the country is _Nederland_, and the primary language spoken there is _Nederlands_, a west Germanic language that is spoken by most of the country’s population and by about 60% of Belgium. ---

Old Frisian was spoken along the North Sea coast of what is now the Netherlands around 1000 AD. It was the language that was closest to Old English, which is not surprising, since the Angles, Saxons and Jutes likely came from the same area of the North Sea coast. Subsequent sound shifts in the later Middle Ages also occurred only in English and Frisian. ---

Traditionally, the Jutes are considered to have settled in Kent and the Isle of Wight. One possible indication of Jutish settlement is that the pre-Norman inheritance law in Kent was different from that of areas settled by the Anglo-Saxons, who went by a rule of primogeniture. Kentish law provided that the deceased’s land was divided amongst his heirs.
