In spite of an impending ice age AND the approach of the sun to the earth; the breakdown of machinery, a wheat blight and nuclear disaster, why do I have no fear? ---

**Cornflakes** , you and I think alike. (GMTA) – I too envision that, after a week or so, I’ll go through this whole thread, find the unanswered ones, and re-post them afresh in a new thread. Since they will be ones that no one got, I will suggest, under the circumstances, that the rules be opened up for googling and youtube searching. ---

Remark I just saw on another thread made me think of these: (1) Why did Charlie get stuck forever on the subway? (2) In this place where you can hide and never be found, what don’t you have to worry about? And I _still_ want to know why Henry can’t fix the hole in the bucket. C’mon, this one is well-known, I always thought. This one, maybe not so well known: Still wondering why, when Eddie Brown fell into the deep dark well and drowned, why did it take the villagers so long to get there to try to rescue him? And closely related to that question: What was Eddie Brown’s full name? Bonus points if you can spell it right, or even if you can spell it at all! ---
