An oligarchy implies a ruling class, which the Dope does not have. It’s more correct to refer to the mods as a bunch of people trying to herd cats.

If you can’t name on demand the three most common atmospheric gases in the “sky” then anything you might say about said sky is irrelevant. And about climate change to boot. (Somebody said that to me once.)
