Thinking about the endless slow progression of more or less interchangeable trolls through these pages I suddenly had a weird revelation / inspiration. Which you’re now stuck reading about. 😉 The Huey Lewis song _I want a new drug_ popped into my head, a moment later followed by the weird Al Yankovich version _I want a new duck_. So what would be the words to the SDMB parody song _I want a new troll_? The hard part is damn near nothing in English rhymes with “troll” beyond “roll” and “droll”. ---

It is a basic trolling technique, beyond JAQ. When no one is upset, you start asking people why they’re so upset. The whole point is to make them upset at you, so you can pretend they were already upset. The JAQ is just that the question has no relevance. Being upset has no relevance on whether a statement is true, as people get upset at lies. My return question is: why do people get upset at being accused of rape when they know they’ve not committed rape? No one is that stupid. It is just trolling. ---
