Considering they only post / read the one thread, it puzzles me. Most trolls go for a bigger splash and wreck multiple threads. Of course, most of our recent trolls are Trocks, so I’m probably biased. Bu the whole ‘my opinions are facts and require no support, yours are valueless misinformation and cannot be taken seriously by _true_ scholars’ is trollspeak beyond a doubt. ---

It did have a certain vintage flavour to it, like that pyramid fountains guy or the other one that was banging on about … rectangular fields or some such thing. ---

I love when guys like that show up on the Dope, because I usually learn something interesting from the Dopers who shoot him down. I learned a lot about Egyptology in that **cladking** (the “ramps are debunked” guy) thread. I will give ol’ claddy credit: he was never _rude_ to anyone who disagreed with him. ---

Well, yes, not rude. If one ignores how insulting he was by pushing ideas proposed first by ancient alien proponents (That his ideas were just a bit more original does not change that the few times he finally posted links to “his best evidence” those links were usually links to ancient alien crank believers).
