They’re not really a troll - there’s nothing obnoxious about their posting style, and they provoke interesting conversation - but **AlienBabble** is really starting to piss me off. They’re a one-trick pony - started a thread in June 2020 about UFOs and aliens, made about two or three posts, then fucked off without ever taking part in any discussion. Every now and then, they beam down to resurrect the thread with some bare link or pdf about Congress investigating, then fly off to Tralfmadore again. Never to actually, you know, _talk_ about their obsession; just pop in, drop some info-turd, and bugger off again.
Another poster in that thread said **AB** is simply trying to draw traffic to their shitty crackpot website. I wouldn’t know, I refuse to click over to find out. But if so, that’s a form of spamming, I think. Again, I don’t think **AB** is doing anything bannable; but I really wish they’d do it somewhere else.

Hmm. I remember the flag and modding him, but wasn’t aware of the history. Maybe we should have a closer look.

They seem to have removed the URL from their “about” page. It used to have a link to a conspiracy theory forum with a dozen members and a design that made the Space Jam web site look sophisticated.
ETA the site still exists: the username with a .com on the end.
