We had that same sort of “it’s legal so it’s okay” from Max\_S on slavery issues if I recall. I still haven’t forgiven them for that. Feel free to check their Pit thread for details. I’m very disappointed that there’s no warning for content. He was basically advocating for murdering immigrants at the border. ---

My fault for posting here last night, I was tired and honestly very annoyed. But we don’t generally mod for content, whereas hijacking in GD/P&E we absolutely mod. Waldo was not the initial hijack, but he and **Czarcasm** took a mild hijack/rant to 11. * * * * * * Actually I reviewed the posters now in the morning and after my coffee. It turns out Waldo has done hijacks like this multiple times and modnotes don’t seem to be enough. I went there because the kind of dehumanizing language, cruelty, and willful blindness and indifference are the same sorts of fascist-enabling behavior that allowed the Nazis to murder millions of human beings, while those members of the public who were not willing/gleeful participants feigned ignorance or found ways to rationalize the inhumane treatment as something owed such “criminals” and “undesirables.” All the euphemisms in the world can’t change reality. Fuck it. I have zero inclination to get into a debate where I inadvertently advance the perception that I defend or endorse **TOWP** ’s position as stated in that hijack. Suffice it to say that I agree with **W\_E** ’s declaration that he wasn’t going to moderate for content in this instance. ---
