I still don’t see any trolling. Just hyperfixation on a particular topic. They found a place where people would actually discuss the things that are on their mind. Nothing about how they talk seems to be about upsetting people. Now, I do get finding it a bit annoying. I think it would feel more normal around here if at least some of them were combined into a single thread. Or if the questions came less frequently. But it seems more like mismatched expectations than trolling to me. I don’t see the trolling angle. ---

The possible trolling angle is feeling delighted at having found a way to annoy the community without breaking any rules. I could see a persistent sock enjoying that loophole. Kind of a reach, and pathetic if true, but plausible. ---

I used to get a frozen turkey every T-Day from a former employer that was extra, since my MIL hosted TD with her own bird. So I’d save my turkey and smoke it in the warmer months. The future Mrs. Solost and I actually put a turkey fryer on our wedding registry, but nobody got it for us, which in retrospect I think was probably a very good thing. ---
