Damn, this place is more toxic than i expected, having a section of the forum to gossip about specific users and commenting about their every little move. “oh look he posted about neural link” For a bunch of people calling me childish, what seems even more childish to follow the moves of a random user on a forum and proceed to critque them. "Why did he just make his profile private, must be hiding something " To avoid having people like Dave, going through my posts and write derailing questions. Honestly dave if your tone wasn’t so rude i might have answered them despite the obvious derailment it would have caused “How can he know we’re old if he’s a new account” You realize people often lurk forums, just reading posts before finally creating an account? “All his topics are polls” Not really most of them are regular topics, with an option to cast a vote in the poll. Most are meaty discussion topics that arent meant purely as polls, could exist without a poll, but polls are fun and I try to fit in a poll wherever i can be cause they’re fun. ---

So, in summary, “I am not a trock”. Practically the signature line of every trock we’ve ever had. I’m now thinking that **both** of my previous suppositions are true: a trock, **and** approximately 12 years old, at least mentally. I like this place. I hang out here a lot. I want to see new members and make them feel welcome. But you’re annoying, you start too many weird threads, and you know your way around the board far too well for a genuine newbie. Most new joins have no idea about hidden profiles and certainly would have no need for them. ---

Yup, you just search with an @ then the username. Then you can see all the problematic posts to find the pattern that the person is trying to hide. ---
