I’ve developed an appreciation for it. Lindt 70% is about as dark as I can go, but Ritter Sport 50% is very good, and of course RS dark chocolate with marzipan is amazing (that’s my avatar). At 70% or more, it starts to get healthy, so I can use that as an excuse to eat it. I think it might even be heart healthy! ---
