He did say he would shoot immigrants:

And it fits with his earlier statement that he values keeping out immigrants more than he does human life. The guy isn’t just someone who is anti-immigrant. He’s pro killing anyone who crosses the border illegally.

Yeah, I think it’s his legitimate opinion. But we also had a legitimate Nazi, and they got banned for saying Nazi stuff. The statement by the Pit mod at the time (Miller, I think, but maybe Gfactor) was that it was just too evil to permit.
