I think he’s a troll—[this is the thread that convinced me](https://boards.straightdope.com/t/what-is-threadshitting-v-2/929362).

Also, his “[It’s in the name](https://boards.straightdope.com/t/a-diplomats-child-is-not-a-citizen-of-their-country/957734/47)” remark sounds like an admission to me.
