When those who genuinely believe their arguments but habitually present them while stirring the pot, there is nothing to distinguish them from genuine trolls. Which is why, [per the late **Colibri** ,](https://boards.straightdope.com/t/what-is-trolling/544298/4) the two are not mutually exclusive.
