I’m sorry, but some things aren’t adding up. If you’ve never met how come he was bringing a car to you? Was this to be a first meeting? Although you said he’s like a father to you I’d still be leery of financial dealings with someone I hadn’t met. ---

**ivylass** , I’m just as confused as you are. **Baker** , he said it was his aunt’s old car, he got it when she died, and he didn’t know what to do with it, and I don’t have a car, so he was bringing it down here. I wasn’t paying a thing. And yes, it was to be the first meeting. I’ve known him for several months, and he’s never given any indication that he’d ever pull something like this. ---

I’d like you to all give the lady some space and stop with the questions. You owe me nothing, but put yourselves in her shoes. It’s just possible that somebody she trusted did her wrong. If so she may be hurt in a way you will never know. I have faith that **Spongemom** will come back and tell us the truth as she finds it. Please, let her tell it in her own way. ---

Seein’ as how she posted a picture of his truck, complete with Nebraska tags on it, someone **really** interested in trolling and stalking and with access could run those bad boys and see if it was involved in an accident? Just sayin’… ---
